Crystal Viper is a Polish heavy metal band formed in 2003 by Marta Gabriel. In 2007 the band released their debut album, "The Curse of Crystal Viper", which launched the following year under the German label, Karthago Records. On February 1st of 2009, their second album, "Metal Nation", was released with various guest musicians such as Manni Schmidt from Rage, Lars Ramcke from Stormwarrior and Frank Knight of X-Wild, among others. In early 2010, after signing to AFM Records, the band released their first live show album, "Defenders of the Magic: Live in Germany" and in late 2010, the studio album, "Legends". The studio album, "Crimen Excepta", launched in April 2012 and featured none other than David Bowie (Hell) and Peter Wiwczarek (Vader). One and a half years after "Crimen Excepta", Crystal Viper released ”Possession”, a concept record about young girl named Julia.
